Pigasus lives in a crazy world in which the animals appear as combinations of what we know. Is that a giraffe or is that a gorilla? Or is it both?
Pigasus is a quick reaction game in which you have to find a pair of cards that are a mix of the same animal, but in different combinations. Have the quickest eye and try to collect the most pairs, all the while trying not to laugh too hard at the weird animals.
Beautiful illustrations, & who doesn’t want to make Pigasus squeak! This is popular in our household - kids love it, because they can beat the adults! Adults find this game ridiculously hard, but that is where the fun in this game is. This is full on entertainment even for a group of adults - you’ll either be completely frustrated or acing the game - this game makes everyone laugh - either with glee & excitement at winning, or laughter because your brain just can’t solve it (have another drink, it won’t help). Kids brains are way better at this game, they love every moment of it.
Pigasus is a game I picked up at the insistence of my youngest. We've played it a few times now and I can easily say that they enjoy it far more than I do.
Game play is simple enough, though the oddity of the cards makes it a lot harder than it sounds. Each card has only one card that it pairs with, meaning that it isn't too complex once you remember what colour the other half of your card will be ie. half shark half gorilla, the one with the shark head will be black, with the gorilla head blue. This is a game I could easily live without, but my kids like the odd combinations, so we'll hold onto it for a bit longer.
